GETTING TO PORT DOUGLAS

To reach Port Douglas, you will need to fly in Cairns Airport, and travel one-hour north either via bus, private transfer or hire car. Below are some recommendations for transfers.

WEATHER

This time of year in FNQ averages a high of 29 and a low of 22, while this isn’t cold to most from down south, we would recommend bringing a light jumper as the sea breeze can be cool of an evening.
